Promoting Reform

When our government forgoes faces continued efforts to improve how it works, our nation benefit from a focus for essential services and a bloated bureaucracy that stifles our economy and erodes our freedom. FGI examines government records and policy ideas to propose and promote reform that would improve our government for all Americans.

Exposing Dysfunction

A dysfunctional government cannot properly exercise its duties to serve the American public. Through extensive research and analysis, FGI exposes dysfunction with the goal of eradicating bloated bureaucracy, inappropriate or illegal influence peddling, and whatever else that make the government inefficient and dysfunctional, meaning it is not serving the American citizens.

Supporting Merit

Government’s decisions, including who it hires, should be focused on what’s best for the nation and who is best qualified to do the work. The regulations it imposes on businesses should be focused on things such as health and safety, not forcing divisions upon us based on immutable characteristics. When performance is set aside for controversial “DEI” efforts, our government officials could be more of the best, brightest, and most capable, and the policies and regulations they impose on Americans can be focused on the law and not on divisive, arbitrary, and very often plainly illegal, quotas.
